"Update: i am not sure what has happened over the years, Russ is not the same person I’ve dealt with years ago. Being snappy with long term customers is not very professional and has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. I’ve recommended many to this agency. It’s a way to respond to customers without sounding condescending and accusatory. I asked a simple question. Russ response to me was far from respectful and professional. I am seeking my insurance elsewhere. I will spend my dollars where we are appreciated and respected as a community. Racism is showing its ugly head daily in this country.
